For Striped Bass you have to use in-line Circle hooks with Bait. I'd recommend size 6/0 - 10/0.

This will also work for Bluefish, Weakfish, Cobia and other gamefish with similar mouth sizes. 

For Tautog (Blackfish) & Sheepshead any Size 3/0 - #6 hook will work. For larger Tautog focus on #3/0 - #1. Smaller Tautog #1 - #6
